Last day of being home alone
Yet another fluffy, uninsightful post but I've never claimed otherwise. I think I've adapted pretty well to living alone, especially having accomplished how to have the maximum variety of home cooked meals with the minimum amount of time spent standing over the stove, like cooking a week's worth of rice to go with various things, although I always look forward to the last day's worth of rice .. where I can have the excuse to make fried rice!! I think get a cheap thrill out of being able to plan my week's worth of meals at the start of the week ..
But I think being a real hermit would drive me crazy, one can only survive on 24: season 1and meal planning for so long. And of course, I only discover 24: season 1 after 6 seasons. It is however, still damn exciting!! Even when I know in advance the ending and how the various subplots turn out.
The plants are starting to annoy me .. they can't seem to extend beyond just being sproutlings .. I keep waiting for something like jen's onion growth spurt so I would wake up every morning and peer excitedly at the patio only to be disappointed. Maybe I need to leave the country for like 2 weeks and then have them do a jack-in-the-beanstalk growth spurt
I guess I am looking forward to the win returning .. time to clean up the house! That is .. when he returns to clean it .. heh.
