Ok people, here's the problem: I am moving from MD to VA this month. The Primary election for both states is on Feb 12th. Technically I will no longer be a resident of MD so I can't vote in MD. However, in VA you have to submit your voters registration at least 29 days prior to an election to be eligible to vote. I've looked up early voting and all research thus far shows that MD deemed it unconstitutional to be able to vote early.
Ideas? Research? Seriously, this has just really pissed me off.
