It IS their job to carry the package to your door or garage, but not inside and upstairs to the back bedroom where you want it to be set up ;). As for the shipping charges, those are paid for by the person who actually shipped the item, not the recipient. The shipping charges must still be paid, but there is no charge for re-delivery of a replacement. You have the right to have an undamaged item delivered to you. Notify Target (or where ever) that it was delivered damaged and you want it replaced. They will send UPS out to pick it up and will (should) reship another one at no charge to you. UPS will be charged for the damaged one. If you are happy just getting the shipping charges back, which it seems Target has made you pre-pay, then .... You Go Girl. Call the manufacturer, not Target, and tell them that the box was missing some screws and they will send them to you at no charge. The number should be on the assembly instruction sheet. No, you don't have to actually use the instruction manual to put the crib together, it's just a handy place for you to find their number.
