Blaming it on Montgomery
I only walked 17 miles this week. My training schedule suggested 22. I have decided to blame Montgomery, where I spent Friday - Sunday for Andy's reunion. First, Montgomery is hot on a whole new level. Old Spice ranked Montgomery the 23rd sweatiest city in the US. This was good news because last year they were 13th. Second, I forgot my walking shoes. Still blaming Montgomery.
