On Monday and Tuesday I've walked 9.08 miles. This is what my training schedule for the week looks like.

Tuesday 3 miles Easy walking
Wednesday 15 minutes Moderate crosstraining
Thursday 4 miles Moderate walking
Friday 30 minutes Easy crosstraining
Saturday 6 miles Easy walking
Sunday 4 miles Easy walking
Since my week doesn't work like a normal working person's week, I don't actually keep up with the specific mileage schedule they suggest, but I do try to walk the same total number of miles for the week.
