Arghh. I can't believe I'm not any better about posting my training in here. I've walked 15 miles today and yesterday. The cooler weather has been very helpful. I am sore most days after a long walk, but not in my legs or feet. It's my lower back that hurts. I'm working on rolling my feet (from back to front) when I step, instead of putting my whole foot down flat. I'm also doing some back/ab strengthening exercises. And, last but not least, and I am eating a lot. I Have not lost an ounce with all of this training because I am always hungry and therefore eating more.
6 more weeks... or is it 7? Something like that. Got to go eat again.
