Reaction Time
Gentle Readers,
I discovered something unpleasant last night. Well, less discovered and more realized. You see, I had noticed that Buckley's contains Pine Oil but not realized the significance of this. I'm somewhat allergic to Pine, especially when I eat a lot of cheese and aggravate all of my allergies. Last night, after a dinner of cheese and macaroni, when I was having trouble sleeping, I got up and took some Buckley's. Then, at 1:30 I was woken up by an uncomfortably sore and swollen throat and was coughing enough to make me feel nauseous. The loretadine and acetaminophen delt with that, but I was really not up to going to Aikido. I did, however, get to spend some morning time with Michelle, so that worked out well.
In other news, I'm still trying to come to terms with the fact that Inigo Montoya was played by the same person who played Huxley in Elmo in Grouchland.
ETA: Also Michelle and I and a Person and small Child were almost run down by someone racing to make a right turn this morning. I was delightfully amused when they got stuck at the next red light.
