I'm having trouble with this handwritten kanji, I just can't seem to figure it out.

奥です = "It's inside" basically.

I'd say it would be a better translation to say "it's in the back," since here, it appears that 奥 isn't being used to distinguish inside vs. outside, but rather the location within a building.
