My Friendly Neighborhood Hooker
So a couple of months ago Bill and I were heading to my house around 2-3am. We were driving down Sepulveda, a busy street, when we saw a hooker standing on the corner of one of then little residential streets. At first she looked like your typical clubgoer, because these days many girls at clubs do indeed look like those that walk the night, and maybe she was waiting for her friends to pick her up. THen we realized 3am is not when your friends pick you up to go out. It was really alarming because it is only 2 streets up from MY street....and who sees a hooker in a residential neighborhood???
For the past couple of months I would see her at all different times, sometimes as early as 8 or 9pm, sometimes late in the middle of the night. When I told my roomate Hilary she said she sees her all the time, too.
So a few nights ago I was coming home from dinner w/ Christian when I asked him if he wanted to see the hooker. (In high school we used to try to go see hookers and we called it "hooker-looking.") We pass my street....AND SHE WAS BEING ARRESTED!!! She was against the cop car being cuffed!!!
Needless to say, there is a job opening at the corner of Hartsook and Sepulveda!
