Schools Out
I made cookies all day today for my dads work...my feet are killing me.
Anyways schools out, kinda cool. On Friday I had my speech final. We sat around each giving a small like 30 second speech and then Coach Austin gave a goodbye speech. He made everyone in the class a bookmark with a personal quote. So everyone had a different one. Mine:
"Most people are confined by the niches in the world they carve out for themselves. They limit themselves to fewer possibilities by the narrowness of their vision"
Pretty easy to get and I think that it is they way I am. I don't step out of the box that much and I think that it's time I do.
Coach then released the class but kept 5 of us behind. He gave us all a gift (he gave my two by mistake). They all had to do with wishing (wishing stones and a wishing box). He said that he felt closest to us and that we made this semester even better. I wrote him a little note thing but I'm not sure it even made much sense. I'm not sure I can toote his horn anymore...especially since I've done a lot of it. I never thought I would be this sad to have a class end and it being speech of all classes...weird.
