(no subject)
Wow, Its been a while--last night Jay told me i either should update this thing or just take it out of my profile. So while procrastinating doing my homework--I've decided to write in it.
Last weekend was Homecoming--I didn't have a date, but I had such a great time. Jackie and I went stag (she was my date ;-) ) and we "had more fun than anyone". We went to waves with Ashley and Justin, John and Genna, Janell and Andy, Katie and Wayne, Ashlee and Vince, and Amy and Joe. Jax and I were the loudest and weirest people at the table, but like amy said "i think you guys are having more fun than any of us". The dance itself was actually a lot of fun despite it being waaaaay to hot in the caf. We met up with Caitlin and Mary and all of those crazy people. I danced the whole night (excpet dipping out on the slow songs haha). Afterwards, Jackie and I both got clothes to change into and the stopped by ashlee ruggeri's and stayed for a little while--we had Walking Tacos that were really fun, and then we decided to head over to Spencer's. We were there for the rest of the night having random fun. We were all so extremely tired that the whole night was halrious...Strip Fooseball, Cards, the Armatron, brian and the mini guitar--DISNEY SONGS!! It was fun...I'm marrying Jordan--he is my favorite person in the whole world :-)!! All the girls then went to betzy's to sleep over. It was fun we stayed up until 4 in the morning just talking and the all the spooning on the bed (mary, mindy, anna and i) for the whole night haha. THe Shrages are the best family in the world--they made us the most amazing breakfast in the morning nad were just so accomidating!
The whole week leading up to saturday night was awesome! Toga day--AWESOME! I didnt spend the night anywhere the night before so i was alive for the day. It was so fun to wear togas around all day...went to olgas for lunch (skipped photo only so i was a good girl!! haha) AFter school we had a field hockey game tho and that was brutal--everyone was dragging so much that we didnt play to well.. o well tho i'm used to losing hmm. :-/
Spirit day was fun as always...the pep assembly. We didnt wint he hall but spenc won the pie eating contest and then the seniors/freshmen won the student tug of war. THe faculty cheated haha. it was a lot of fun as always--the guys dance was AMAZING!! don and jonathan can shake it like no woman can and robert is just amazing. Then the parade was sfun--we hardly had anyone there but we were still loud as hell--small but mighty. and we got to the game and WON THE JUG AND FLOAT!! and the boys won the game!(which is incredible in itself).
So the weekend has been quite a success--i had a ton of fun with all the people that are so important to me, which in itself made it awesome.
Life in general--i'm getting by. School is just agrevating...i'm waiting to hear back from state which is nerve racking! Its also easy to get distracted when you constantly have someone on your mind...missing them and wishing they'd come home! but yay for unexpected voicemails! Its the little things...the old memories that can keep you going until you are reunited. Deep breaths--its hard..very hard but with faith and the support of those that love me i know i'l be able to make it 60 some days!
Well--its about time to being the homework blah--i'll try to be better about this thing.
