It's all kinds of hot right now in California.
Like I'm wearing a t-shirt and I'm hot kinda hot, which is beyond weird for SF.
And since the spring rains never came, we're already starting the water rationing and fire warnings.
Meanwhile, back home in Missouri, it won't stop raining long enough for the farmers to plant their crops.

In other news of hotness, I am undergoing eye surgery next week!
I'm getting Lasik! I'm somewhat scared about the procedure itself, but really anything would be an improvement over my current eyesight.
After my eyes heal, I'm want to celebrate by driving a car at night (something I can't do now) to go get some ice cream.
It's going to be a very very busy week next week. I have a girlfriend coming to visit from the East Coast, the surgery, and then we're moving that weekend. Phew!
