I'm surprised I can even walk without tripping on my feet all the time.

The above is a plain yoghurt cake I made on Wednesday. There wasn't any special occasion but I was craving some cake filled with cream and fruits after my housemate gave me a slice of Génoise to try. We both enjoy cooking and baking so we usually let each other try what we've baked. Hence I baked a yoghurt cake which is a plain cake and filled it with whipped cream and tinned peach slices. As a result of baking the yoghurt cake, I ended up with a 1 litre tub of plain yoghurt less 1 cup for the cake. I don't know what made me think that 1 small cup of yoghurt wouldn't be enough for the recipe so I bought a 1L tub. Problem is I don't like to eat plain yoghurt. :/ It's a waste to throw it away so my mission to finish using the tub of yoghurt before it expires began. So far I've used it for the following.

- yoghurt cake (duh!)
- yoghurt-lemon marinated chicken (lacked flavour)
- yoghurt omelette (you get fluffy omelettes!)
- yoghurt parfait (healthy :D)
- my concoction of yoghurt, rice grains, honey and flour to make a body exfoliater (pretty good I say)

I'm now halfway through the tub and running out of ideas on how to use it. The most common usage is to make a curry or curried meat but I don't have curry powder of any kind and I don't cook curry from scratch so I don't really want to buy it just for this time. I'm gonna make a yoghurt pasta next which had quite a lot of good ratings. Anyone has any suggestion?

In a bid to find more ways I can use up my yoghurt, I found my way to Yahoo Answers. I started reading other topics not related to yoghurt and found them quite interesting thus decided to register an account and read other people's questions for fun. One of the topics I read was about dreams. In the past, I've had numerous dreams of me being chased by a monster and I use ridiculous ways to escape. I finally found out that if you're being chased in your dream, it means you're trying to run away from a person or situation in real life. That doesn't come as a surprise since I think I have a tendency to run away from problems and escape reality.

I finally downloaded and watched some of the newer episodes of AnS and HnA. Episode #151 with Fujimoto Miki is awesome! Sakuraiba in a bath tub together. XDDD Seriously, I can watch the reenaction of that scene countless times and still laugh my ass off. 8D The episode with SPEED was quite funny because there's Mr. Yoga Sho. I am as bad or worst than Sho in terms of flexibility. In the previous episode with Yamada Yuu where they did yoga too, I was like Sho and couldn't do any of the poses without tearing a muscle. I've always had stiff muscles and even the masseurs agree whenever I go for a massage.

The episode with SPEED resulted in a new discovery which worries me. I always know that my sense of balance is pretty bad. Unbelievably, I still don't know how to ride a bicycle. :/ But after watching the episode, I realized just how bad my sense of balance is. I googled and apparently if you're below the age of 25, you should be able to close your eyes and balance on one leg for at least 15 seconds. I can't even do that for 5 seconds. I'm surprised I can even walk without tripping on my feet all the time. I'm now going to start doing basic balance exercises and hopefully my balance will improve. I really want to try yoga now too but I wonder if they'll deny me entry once they see how inflexible and bad at balancing I am. (^^;)

On Friday, I watched Music Station live on Keyhole. About 30 minutes after watching then did I realize it was a 3 hour special and about 30 minutes before it ended, I realized that I had missed the first hour as it had started earlier than the usual time. Yep, that's how observant I am. I originally watched it for Ayaka of course but during her performance, Keyhole was at it's worst. Jerky video and audio. But it doesn't matter now because I've downloaded her performance in HDTV format! Awesome as always. :D

The special segment of the MS special is they had a top 100 nationally famous songs ranking. I missed the first 30 so no comments. Ayaka's Mikazuki was ranked #41! I love the song! Arashi's A.RA.SHI was ranked around 50+ and One Love at #18 which surprised me. Apparently celebrities were also polled and If a celebrity had also chosen the song, they'll show their face and name in a small box while the VTR continues playing in the background. Guess who had chosen A.RA.SHI? Chinen! He really loves Arashi and Ohno huh. XD Seishun no Amigo came in #12. <3 Other songs which I recognize and love are as follows.

- #31: Utada Hikaru's Flavour of Life
- #29: Aoyama Thelma's Soba ni Iru ne
- #23: Remioromen's Konayuki
- #10: Kobukuro's Tsubomi
- #05: GReeeen's Kiseki
- #03: Yutaka Ozaki's I Love You (I prefer Ayaka's cover though)
- #01: SMAP's Sekai ni Hitotsu Dake no Hana

I'm really looking forward to Monday or Tuesday which is when my Ayaka CD will arrive!
