Nothing in particular...

First, an update on my internet situation. It's unstable because I think like what my brother said, someone is stealing our internet and blocking us from changing our password. There is no one time where everyone of us can connect and use the internet so basically we're fighting among ourselves and see who connects first. Which is why these days I'm waking up around 11am just to quickly connect before others do so. Mag is even more kiasu than me and wakes up at 10am. XD

The only thing is my laptop is now on the brink of breaking down. The ventilation fans I think are malfunctioning so it emits this crackling sound which is driving me crazy. Now, watching any video or listening to music means I have to up the volume to drown out the crackling sound. All I pray is for it to last till year end when I'll buy a new one.

I've been listening to the following 5 songs repeatedly. I needed some new music and these songs are darn catchy and catchy songs means I'll keep playing them until I get sick of them or find other songs to listen to. I especially love Dream which is a sexy and dreamy electronic pop song. The eh eh eh eh part during the chorus is what got me addicted to the song. :P

More pictures of what I've cooked or baked after my Korean feast of a dinner. I had Kimchi fried rice for lunch today which tastes fantastic. Way better than my first try last week which had left me severely disappointed.

Kimchi fried rice

Korean potato pancakes AKA Gamjajeon. TOP ate this when he was on Family Outing.

Magic bars which are really magic. Just need to layer in a baking tin melted butter, digestive biscuit or graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, chopped nuts and a tin of condensed milk and voila! It's quite sweet but very delicious.

Sticky date cake. Together with the butterscotch sauce, the sweetness is just right. These are truly addictive. Once you eat one, you can't stop! I made it yesterday (16 squares) and today they're all gone. I didn't eat them all by myself of course! I had some help from my housemates. ;)

Something random. I've been slowly working on one item in my 101 list which is to learn 10 new origami items. I've learned 6 so far and the latest one is quite interesting. It's an origami ring. You're originally supposed to make it with a US 1 dollar bill but I used normal paper in a rectangle shape. Perhaps a guy should fold one of this with a $1000 money note and use it to propose to his girlfriend. She can't say it's a cheap ring since it's technically worth $1000. 8D

I don't know why but I'm getting a bit bored with Buzzer Beat. I wasn't that into it like always when I watched episode 9. I've not been in any relationship but I realized something from episode 9. Kawasaki-san told Riko that Naoki is a good guy who won't make her cry. But really, that's not possible. I'm sure at some point of time in a relationship, you'll cry at least once unless it lasted for only 1 day or something. So that line is unrealistic to me now. Anyway, I think it's time I tackle some Kdramas now. I'm in the mood for some good old romance between 2 unlikely person which is very typical of Kdramas. I can't wait for Kame (not the real person, duh) to mail me some dramas.
