mmmm...maybe i should have gone to a cooking school and be a chef instead of studying business. finding recipes to try on the internet is sooooo addictive. (>___<) i guess the next best option is to get hitched early to a rich guy, be a housewife and just experiment with different recipes everyday. XD nah, can't forsee myself doing that. :P

i have a mapo tofu recipe already all thanks to Yamapi. ;)

Yamapi's recipe is far too vague but it's a basic mapo tofu recipe ultimately. the only thing to note is since he emphasises that his family recipe has lots of soup, i would add more chicken stock/soup to make more of the gravy. ^^

i don't think cooking is that difficult. maybe you aren't following the recipe very carefully? or the recipes you use are too vague? if you are unsure of any terms, google is your best friend. :)

do you want my recipe for Mapo Tofu? i can add tips and notes on how to adapt it to Yamapi's style too. ^^
