OMG so here is the story.
i have my Laptop right, its a compaq presario, its broken, i need to get it fixed. i have a two year warranty, so i take it to the store to get it fixed and they tell me that i need to call the 1800 number to send it in and get it fixed, the 1800 people say i need my receipt information to send it in, well i lost my receipt and warranty after moving twice, in the past two years. so they said well to get a new receipt you have to have the credit card number, of the card you used to purchase the laptop, well i used cash to buy my laptop, well they cant track money so they cant get me a new receipt, so now i have to pay about 140 dollars to take it to an outside place.
my question is WHY THE FUCK do you pay so much extra money for a two year warranty if you cant fucking use it. omg i hate that. The store should be able to print me out a new receipt but no they dont have records back more than a month. UGHHHHH im so pissed, i dont have enough money to pay 140 dollars to fix the damn thing. whatever life sux then we die right? -jesikah
