Seahawks glad they don’t have to watch a Super Bowl with the Seahawks in it
The Seattle Seahawks apologized to the media today for not being exciting enough for them, going as far as admitting they are grateful they don’t have to watch themselves in the big game.
“Sometimes I want to quit the team or retire altogether because we’re so boring,” said Pro Bowl quarterback Matt Hasselbeck. “This team disgusts me and I apologize to everyone across the country and around the world that we’ve ruined the Super Bowl by being in it. I’m not going to lie, I wouldn’t want to watch us on TV either.”
League MVP Shaun Alexander, who set an NFL record with 28 rushing touchdowns this season, said he is grateful for the chance to play in the Super Bowl.
“I got a really bad concussion two weeks ago and that could have ended my season,” he said. “But thank God it didn’t because that means I’d have to sit on the sidelines and watch this horrendous team. Puke. And I think I can speak for the entire Seahawks organization in apologizing to the media for not being who they want us to be, whomever that might be. We’re no more happy about it than they are.”
FUCK THE REST OF THE COUNTRY, I'M SO SICK OF THE MEDIA, I WANT US TO WIN SO THAT THEY HAVE TO SAY ONE GOD DAMN THING NICE ABOUT OUR TEAM AND HAVE TO PRETEND THEY ACTUALLY THINK ITS TRUE!!!
