No class for a MONTH
I'm officially out of school... Well, I have been since Thursday afternoon, but whatever. I have a "10" page paper due Tuesday on "what I learned in English this semester" that I think I can just email in (for the record: the answer to that question is "nnnnooottthhhing" but I don't think I can stretch that out to 10-ish pages).
Which means I have to get out of the damn house more.
Christmas = depressing-ish.
Anyway, my boss is pissed with me for calling her on the 11-hours between 2 shifts law. I mean, I'm sorry, I can't function on 8 - 9 hours between shifts. That's fucking ridiculous.
Oh well. Sucks to be her. I'm so not letting her walk all over me. If she wants to keep trying to make me feel guilty about that, she can damn well go fuck herself.
On a happier note, I'm officially "done" all of my Christmas shopping as of today. This doesn't mean I'm going to stop buying stuff for people, but it means if nothing else, I have something under the tree for everyone I have to. All the rest is extras.
(Everyone, minus Jess, as this year we've decided that after five and a half years of our inexplicable friendship, we've exchanged all of the useless items that we should bother with for the time being, so we're going to go out for a dinner one night after Christmas, just the two of us. We don't get to do that often.)
Anyway... I'm going to go finish wrapping presents.
