So I've had a four day weekend. My longest days off in a row, since, oh... Labor Day?
Folks, there are literally billions of people who work harder, and longer, for less. There are hundreds of thousands who do more to earn the more they earn.
But I still have the right to feel a little wiped out.
Just a wittle. A wittle for for fuck's sake.
With 2010 getting off to a good start, the question is what can I do to make work better?
Well, take a fuckload of notes. Prove all I do right, minimize what I do wrong, and show why it happened when it is wrong.
Plan ahead despite all the obstacles to planning. Certain people above me just can't get their shit together, so I have to actively plan and show certain people if asked, here is a plan. Why aren't they implemented?
That'll be another argument.
Do the schooling I've been threatening to do for ever.
Oh, and find a way to ask questions without getting shot down for actually trying to learn what the hell they need me to learn.
