And now for a brief analysis:
Steeler won on 3 big plays: Wards Catch on the 3. Parkers 75yd run. and Randel El's pass to Ward.
Seattle Lost because of Penalties. Without them beating themselves the result would of been much different. Play of the game is the Seattle catch on the 1 to be first and goal that was called back because of a holding penalty. It is probably more accurate to say Seattle lost than Steelers Won.
BUT AT THE SAME TIME: The Steelers had very few penalties for their part. So the were the better diciplined team tonight if not the more consistently productive.
Seattle also for whatever reason could not put the ball in the endzone. They ran all over the Steelers between the 20's but when Seattle was in the red zone they would stall. they would take penalties and suddenly they steelers would tighten up. again pointing to the Steelers being more diciplined than Seahawks. when the Steelers got in the red zone; except for that bad interception, (Rothlisberger did not look like he did in the last three games here at all, what up wit that?) anyway when the steelers were in the red zone they got in the endzone.
ok enough analyzing,
I really wish i was downtown; even if they are burning couches like its Morgantown. I have never experienced a city wide victory party before.
damn how am i gonna sleep tonight?
I got to go to work tomorrow too,
well it wasnt the perfect game, but it was a good enough game.
