I had this list in my head of people that would be at VidCon that I hoped to meet & events I hoped to go to but knew realistically that it would be impossible to do it all. Or so I thought, we met some many people, got into (almost) everything we wanted to and in general had pretty much the best con experience ever.
Because we picked up our badges early we got to check out the practically empty exhibit hall while everyone else was stuck in line. This is wear all the merch/demos/game booths were, autograph signings, a velcro wall, bouncy castle and american gladiator style qtip fight arena.
We ran into Hannah Hart of My Drunk Kitchen a ton on both days. She was super friendly and actually remembered us the next day, aww. If you don't know who she is you need to go educate yourself:

I was so glad we got to bump into and have a chat because her only event were in the super early morning before we even got to the con. Lindsey does covers of dorky stuff, pop songs and lots of original stuff while kicking ass on the violin. I don't even play Skyrim but this is still one of my favorite video's she's done:
http://youtu.be/BSLPH9d-jsI Wil Wheaton was there with a bunch of other people to promote Geek & Sundry. It was so cute when he turned into an excited fanboy & grabbed his wife's hand to drag her over to meet Hannah. Wil's show is Table Top, where he plays boardgames with different celebrity friends each week:

http://www.youtube.com/user/BlackNerdComedy We met Liam Dryden as we were leaving the exhibit hall, great timing. He's from the band Chameleon Circuit & they signs songs about Doctor Who:
