Today, er, tonight was really cool. I spent the night at Cody's last night, and played The Sims 2 all day. Then my friend Stephanie (aka Squirell) called me! When I was a freshman, she was a senior and I had been friends with her that whole year, but then she moved to Omaha for college. I ran into her on the night of homecoming at F&O's and got her number/she got mine, and we had been planning on doing something sooner or later since she comes back to Des Moines every two weeks.
Sierra was with us too, and we all went to Panera Bread and looked at some of her artwork on her labtop and had some "interesting" conversations that continued on throughout the night. After that we went to the mall, and we looked through the sex books. They sucked, they were just a bunch of little softcore pics. Oh, speaking of "softcore" I learned what that word actually means, and now that I think about it, I'm surprised I never thought about it before. It means that the guys dick is "soft" when they're suppose to be "fucking" on tv. Hmm.
ANYWAY... then we went to Perkins, and we sat in the smoking section for some strange reason, considering none of us smoke anyway. There was this really weird guy and he complimented Sierra for wearing a skirt and said something about how he's glad to see girls wearing skirts and dressing nice b/c that's how it was "when the world was closer to the lord" or some shit, lol. He was really random.
Oh, and I learned about this awsome band called Tapping the Vein, and I love them now. But Sam Goody said their CD is out of print! Grrrr... Also, when I was at Perkins I bought these fake tatoos and put them on my chest. It was pretty funny.
She took us home after we were done there, and we might to something again this week, since she'll be in town.
Oh, and yesterday was fun. I went with Beth, and we met up with Jessica at Mearl Hay Mall. We also ran into a girl that Beth works with (Britney) and her friends McClain and Heather, and they knew the guys who ran the place, so were able to get in free. But to do that, we had to go to the Hoover games and put fliers on everyone's windsheilds. We rode all the way to Rosevelt also to put fliers there too, but they didn't have a game that night...oops. But the ride there (even though we all froze our asses off) was fun, and they are so hyper and funny, they were screaming and yelling at people as we drove by.
When we finally got back to the haunted house at 10:30, and Nate showed up with his brother! Jessica whimped out, so Beth and I went through with them. It was fun.
Well, otherwise that's about it.
