The Boston family has a weekly value of 24.640 § and pays 1.345 § in taxes. They need to sell off the exercise machine, the changing table, the TV and the trash compactor to be able to pay it.
The family consists of:
Rachel Boston, Knowledge, LTW to become Mad Scientist, works in the Science career as a Science teacher.
Regis Boston, Family, LTW to graduate 3 kids from college, works in the Military career.
Frank, school boy
Heather, toddler girl
Imogene, toddler girl
Hermione, cat
Rachel starts the week with getting demoted to Field Assistant.
Rachel is a bit depressed from losing her job, but uses the afternoon to teach Imogene to walk.
Birthday girls! Heather goes first. She doesn't look too bad anf has clothes that actually matches.
Then Imogene. She is a bit more unfortunate when it comes to looks, but I'm sure she'll grow into them with time.
Frank is having his birthday too!
He chooses the path of Knowledge and wants to become a Prestidigitator, whatever that is.
He still hasn’t grown into his features, but he’s nice to the animals. And he’s smart. He wants to attend private school, and the headmaster is invited for dinner tonight!
Frank is indeed eager to get into private school, and meets headmaster Tuomo Levin at the car.
And after a few hours entertainment and a serving of Rachel's pork chops, the headmaster is satisfied. All the kids are accepted in private school!
Frank is happy with his first day in private school. Like this, in uniform, and with a smile on his face, he doesn’t look too bad, actually.
Nothing much is happening in this house, so I feel I need to take some pictures of random events, to fill the story of the Boston family. Imogene loves Ozzy, the guinea pig.
In the afternoon it starts to rain, and Regis gets promoted to Senior Officer. He brings Cyrus Colorado with him home.
The girls are arriving at the same time. No promotion for Rachel, and no A+ for Heather or Imogene.
Frank decides to go fishing at the end of the world. The weather gets better, but the fishing luck is so-so.
However, by nightfall he earns his bronze fishing badge due to sheer stubbornness. And we see that the end of the world is really Maryland Garden Supplies, owned by Liz.
A picture of Heather in school uniform, very random, I don't remember if I had a certain plan with this picture
Still nothing exciting is happening in the Boston home. Just another ordinary Friday morning. The girls are discussing the schoolbus while their brother gets out of bed.
It’s Rachel’s day off, so she puts her track suit on and does some very needed cleaning while the kids are in school and Regis at work.
The rain pours down all day, and there’s a thunder storm too. The apple tree catches on fire, and Rachel doen’t know what to do.
It’s no big problem, though, the rain puts it out.
On Saturday, the identical twins Heather and Imogene are catching up with their homework. Finally on Friday they had their first A+ report cards.
The only difference in the girls is the colour of their eyes. Heather has Regis’ green eyes and Imogene has Rachel’s gray. In this picture I really cannot tell them apart, except that I know the colour of their robes.
Since it’s Regis’ day off, he deals with his part of the housework, which is the garden. Since it’s raining AGAIN, the weeds are growing like crazy, so there are some things to be done.
Rachel is finally back where she started this week, as a Science Teacher. And it still rains.
This family really loves their animals. There is always someone playing with Hermione, the cat, or Ozzy, the guinea pig.
Sunday, Rachel takes her girls fishing. They all wanted to go. It’s the first time for the girls though, so they are very concentrated to learn. Just look at their facial expressions!
Down the hill we see the 2 Friends restaurant, doesn’t it look cozy?!
Heather has a great amount of fishing luck, but she looks completely grossed out by her catching.
Heather: "Mom, this is disgusting!"
The next fish makes her happier. Imogene doesn’t catch anything at all, while Heather is hauling in one after another!
Finally, just when it's time to go home for dinner, Imogene gets a catch too. To her great dismay it's a boot!!
And we end this week with the Boston family having a nice family dinner. Formal dress is optional, obviously.
Also, off camera, Frank maxes his logic skill before the day is totally finished, thereby opening a slot in the Science career. He wants to become a pretidigitator himself, so he’ll start on his charisma skill next round.
