I am depressed because I am broke
I am broke because I spend too much money
I spend too much money because I buy a lot of stuff
I buy a lot of stuff because it makes me happy to shop
and when I am happy, I am not depressed

it is a circle that is not working for me. I want to go shopping. :( but i am resisting
