Terms and Conditions (Sales)
-Prices exclude shipping unless otherwise stated.
-I will not be liable for item damaged or lost in the mail.
-If more than one person is interested in an item, the item will be up for bid. Highest bidder wins and must pay within 24hrs or item goes to second highest bidder (with the same condition of payment within 24hrs).
-Payment to be made within 2 days after confirmation otherwise item will be put up for sale again.
-No refunds after item has been sold. Please ask all questions before confirmation.
Terms and Conditions (Meet-up)
-Meet up only after payment has been made (ie. amount transferred to my account) unless otherwise specified in a particular sale before sale is concluded.
-Meet ups only at MY convenience.
-Please be on time. I will only wait a maximum of 10 minutes. (May be even less if I'm in a hurry.)
-If you're going to be late or cancel the meet up, let me know at least 45 minutes before the meet up time.
If the above conditions are not met and meet up is unsuccessful, item will be sent via normal mail at an additional cost of $2 to the buyer. Buyer is to top up the amount within 3 days or item will be up for resale with no refunds made.
