He isn't really sure where or who he was growing up as at the age of 16 in a fight he was hit over the head with a rock hard enough to break his spine and all memory of before that time is gone. However no one came looking for him after so he presumes he has no family.
He speaks with a mixed European accent.

His power is water. He can manipulate and control it to the point of making it cold enough to freeze or bring it to boiling point. When in form he leaves footprints of water where he has been. He does not tolerate heat very well. It makes him ill and drains his power. He draws moisture from his surroundings when in form and his feathers don't look it but feel damp to the touch.
