Memo that I left for my boss... hahaha!!!

It has come to my attention that some big changes are going to be made in my home life, and relatively soon. My trip to the doctor's office was pretty uneventful, but the tests that were performed afterwards uncovered some interesting things.
First off, in or around October, I will need to take an extended vacation. I will be having a life-altering operation and will need time to recover (no, its not plastic surgery!).
What happened was this… around 1.5-2 months ago I came into contact with an extremely contagious gentleman who gave me the cooties. Now, the doctor has proven (with blood tests) that towards the end of September/beginning of October, I will have to have a child forcibly ripped from my body in a way no one should ever have to see.
So, there you have it. I'm pregnant.
