it's the weekend...
i have a wedding to go to tomorrow so i decided to get my hair done .. today..
cost me 3 bills.. my god... well almost.. thank God for no tips in korea.. because it would have been 3 bills.. i dunno about other people but i think that i out did myself.. i'm not any movie star or anyone who has this kind of money at disposal.. oh well it was a one time thing.. and i'm not completely happy with the final product but it was an experience that i have learned from hehehe.. :) kev got his hair cut at the same place i got my hair done.. i figured it would be a good place i got my hair cut there last time.. but not thermally conditioned and straightened the way i did today... it's alright... they have a chain out in australia, and shops in chicago, california and new york.. so i had my hopes high :P my bubbles been bursted.. but the people are really nice :D
friday night now.. i don't feel like going out anywhere and kev and i got our supermarket shopping DONE :) yesterday .. so we are home-free in that department.. happy about that.... i think i'll just watch "infernal affairs"
this movie we picked up in HK... kev already watched it so before he gets home i'm going to try to finish it .. so we can watch part II, part III is supposedly winning awards in the movie industry or something...
my dad's best friend's daughter is getting married tomorrow so it's only proper for me to attend her wedding.. actually i really miss chilling with her.. and her sister owns a men's tailor shop in apgujung so maybe we she can hook kev up with a new suit :)
*fingers crossed* ... after that i was supposed to meet my friend and go to some "motor show" but that's cancelled cuz she's going skiing early tomorrow morning :( i wanna go too!!! but it is bitterly cold today.. i know i shouldn't complain cuz i'm missing out on the cold cold winterpeg air but it actually kinda feels the same out here with the humid cold... it's enough to say it's as cold as winnipeg!!! :o
5 days until christmas.... countdown.. doesn't feel much like christmas being away from home.. .. it's opposite here too.. christmas is more of a boyfriend/girlfriend or friends partying gift exchanging day.. rather than a family day...... and new year's is the stay at home and chill with the family day.... :P so it's weird.... cuz at home christmas is more a family thing and new year's is more for partying up with friends.. :S it's all so weird this holiday season..
oh well.. i have my kevin :) so i'm happy...
the other day.. i chatted online with my brother :) timely for christmas .. :) it was our first time chatting up online... :) together hahaha.. and it was fun times... land of OZ heheh here we come... :D i'm happy for him cuz he's going to australia in a matter of weeks.. surfing, working the ER, and checking out the "scene" .... and i get to drop in and see life down under too :) hopefully if things go as planned..
ok i'm going to warm a mug and sit under some warm blankets and watch my movie
happy weekend everyone... and stay away from the mall during this greusome shopping time of the year.. the scary in people come out in malls and parking lots at this time of year. beware hahaha something i'm not missing right now ;)
