Eurocks and stuff.
Time's gone so damn fast. It feels like yesterday that I was picking up placebobitch at the airport, and now it's time for her to go again :( I didn't see this week go. I had a fantastic time.
Eurocks were brilliant, even though I wasn't feeling too well on the first day, which happened to be the busiest, so it ruined it a bit for me. But I was feeling a lot better for the two other days, so it was all good. We got no rain on the site, even though family and friends have told me it was pissing it down in other parts of the region. So weird. We kept seeing nasty clouds but nothing ever came our way. So lucky!

Friday:
Chapelier Fou - We only watched a couple of songs cos we found it very boring.
Les Wampas
Noisettes - It was so good, such a shame we had to leave early to see the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs - I'd wanted to see them for so long, and wasn't disappointed. They were brilliant!
Monotonix - a bunch of hairy man playing in the middle of the crowd in their underwear.. very strange.
The Kills - brilliant.
The Prodigy - now I was way too dead to enjoy that properly, which sucks. I'll have to see them again when I'm not falling asleep.
The Ting Tings - we left before the end cos we thought they were terrible live..

The Asteroids Galaxy Tour - I'll have to get their album, they were even better than I expected.
La Roux - annoying voice.
Olivia Ruiz
Pete Doherty - Amazing gig! Seriously! He wasn't pissed or high or anything, and he played loads of Libertines songs, and it was just so damn good! One of the best gigs of the weekend.

Yuksek - trying too hard too sound like Daft Punk.

Florence & the Machine - that girl is mad, I loved it.

Charlie Winston - the crowd went wild, it was brilliant. One of the best gigs of the festival for me. The guy's got so much energy!

Yesterday we went to the zoo and had dinner at one of my favourite places in town. It was a shame heloula couldn't join us as planned. We got home very early and watched some Heroes.
Now Amy's got to packed, and on Thursday, Hela and I are going to London! Oh and I have tonsilitis again. Brilliant...
