Embarrassing songs meme, and other things...
So, the hair thing went ok, I'm relieved lol. I'm so sad I actually dreamt about it going wrong last night. I ended up with it above my shoulders again, but thank god it was just a dream. She did cut a bit too much for my liking, but it'll grow back. At least it didn't go wrong lol. My hair's so straight and nice and soft now, I can't stop stroking it. It made me decide to go to the hairdressers for a brushing on the day of my cousin's wedding. If I'm wearing a nice dress, I want nice hair to go with it.
Anyway, I spent about 2h30 having my hair done this morning. I don't think it has ever taken this long before, but she is learning after all. It was funny because she's 22 like me, but all the other students were about 16, so we felt like two old women haha. I had a good time, and got my hair cut for free. Yay.
I then joined my mum in town and we had lunch in our usual restaurant. I had a nice piece of beef and chips, which is bad for my diet but was so damn good to the taste. It can't hurt once in a while, can it?
Shopping was next. I've been good and resisted buying most of the things I saw. I desperately wanted to buy a Yves Saint-Laurent lipstick but I reasoned myself and decided it would be a lot more clever to buy it in duty free at the weekend hehe :p I saw a gorgeous skirt in Zara, and my mum was so happy to see me happy cos it fitted, that she paid it lol. I love my mum. I also found a very nice bag which I can used both for uni and outside uni, in which I can actually fit my folder and everything.
