Shoooooes!! And exam result..
Today was a very very busy day.
I got up at 6.30 cos my mum and I had an early appointment at the hairdresser's. I got the ends cut cos they were totally dead, but am still letting my hair grow :D I hope having it trimmed and healthy again will help it grow faster. It's taking bloody ages.
We went to do some shopping afterwards, as I still needed to find stuff for the wedding's outfit. I'm now the proud owner of a nice, short black jacket, and shoes that cost 150€ XD They're the most expensive shoes I've ever had, and they make me feel special when I walk in them hahaha. Thank God my parents paid for them. I deserved them after going to every single shoe shop in town and around in vain! Why is it always in the last shop that you find what you're looking for? I also got a lovely cream white bag but it doesn't really go with my dress so I'll have to find another one. A black one. I'm keeping this one though, it's too cool to bring it back, and it only was 30€. And I didn't pay for it.
So tomorrow I have to go back into town to find a black bag and some earrings and bracelet. I have to get my red shoes from the cobbler's as well. I hope he managed to stretch them enough...
God this is a very boring post haha, me just ranting about clothes... I'm turning into such a girl!
In other news... I'M ON HOLIDAYS!!!! For good now! I had my presentation this afternoon and it went quite well, I must say. I was only a tiny bit nervous but it all evaporated when I walked into the room and saw them all smiles and stuff. It was very relaxed. They said they really liked my project and were positive for the year to come. They even gave me some advice on future research and all. I got 14/20, which for this kind of thing is a good grade. I'm so relieved and sort of proud too haha. I passed this with distinction, how could I not be proud? Haha.
Oooh and something nasty happened to me at lunch. We went to the restaurant and I ordered some meat with cream sauce, and just as I was cutting my meat, I found a very thick, very long, very black and very curly hair in the sauce! Yuuuuck. My dad took it out cos I couldn't touch it (my mum nearly puked haha) only to find a second one. Ewww! We sent the dish back to the kitchen and the owner apologised profusely, it was funny. They eventually brought me another one, with even more chips :p Yummy.
And that's enough rambling for now. Pics of bought items will come tomorrow when I have everything, cos I just can't be arsed right now lol.
