Re: Top Design

I know this show is an hour of total crap with no redeeming qualities whatsoever, but that doesn't stop me from watching it, even if it's beyond painful to do it. Tonight really took the cake though when, in the opening minutes, the Gollum-like Goil was totally perplexed by what was a very straightforward note Todd Oldham left for the designers.

The note went something like this:
Interior Designers,
It's time we celebrate all of your hard work. As they say here in Hollywood, "Let's do lunch." A car is waiting for you downstairs. See you in an hour.

Andrea the Morose responded with a very out of character, "Awesome," which was quickly followed by Goil's rushed and befuddled "WHAT DOES THAT MEMMMMMEEEEAAAAANNNNNNN?!?!?"

Um, I know that a lot of these reality shows like to drop surprise bombs for the sake of making life hell for the contestants but for the love of God man!

"WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?????"

It means there's a car waiting downstairs to take you to have lunch with Todd you whiny fucking douchebag.

I've watched a lot of crap reality shows in my time and suffered through the most obnoxious of "characters," "contestants" or whatever you want to call them (and that includes Puck from the San Francisco season of The Real World), but this is the first time I ever wanted to reach through my television screen and just bitchslap the living fuck out of one of them.
