ok, so here is the deal-ee-o. Posted on a friend of mines journal was this link, along with a
long blog on how the world is coming to an end.

However, I was listening to a AM news station on the way home from work (because in Winnipeg, you need all the help you can get to survive traffic) and they had a short bit about this song and video. After it was done, the news announcer said one thing before cutting to a commerical break,

ok, maybe its just me, but i dont get the horrific-ness of such a video. to me it is no worse than my humps (oh god, anything but fergie) or holla back girl or anything pussycat dolls related. Or worse yet, the new music Nelly Furtado is coming out with. Not only is it disgusting (along with her new cocaine-aided thinness and gaunt disgusting look) but it makes you forget that she used to be an original canadian artist who had talent, regardless of whether it was music you liked or not.
the fact that paris hilton has a music video that cracks much music top ten lists, or the fact that we as a society have allowed her to become famous for being........ famous?? rich?? stupid?? blonde??? looking like a train ran over her face??? you choose, cause I do NOT understand it.
yet somehow, it is the above linked video that makes people stnad back in disgust.
so now that that is all said and done, where are we going and whats with this handbasket????
