Ug... Suicide...

One of our installers, Andy Denham, committed suicide on Saturday. His mother is critically ill... and we're having trouble filling all of the crews with jobs... So we wonder if it all was enough to push him over the edge. I'm sad. Andy always had a smile for me when he was in the office and he was always incredibly nice. I wonder if maybe we had talked more if it would have helped. He didn't need to die.
