BAFTA Buzz for Bond? Bitchin'.
I love the theme song and I loved the intro sequence. I'd love to see the film again for the style alone.
There is one thing about the theme song though, I love it, often listen to it on the train, but it is by Chris Cornell and it is titled, "You Know My Name." No, no we don't. To many of us, you are the Black Hole Sun guy and we can't name the band you were in when you did it. But I love the song, find the title of it clever in relation to James Bond. And I know bloody well that Chris Cornell was in Soundgarden and now is in Audioslave with Tom Morello. Kerrang usually only plays Cochise, but I like the combination of Morello's guitar with your voice. Read a brief review recently which said that you were possibly going a direction which defies an obvious amalgamation of your former bands. And while were at it, I would love Velvet Revolver to be as good as the sum of it's parts. I loved that STP song, Big Empty from The Crow soundtrack and the vibe from Sour Girl. Slash's guitar solo from Sweet Child of Mine still gives me a bit of a chill. Bring that all together will you? The bar, Planet Orange in Clapham Junction once offered some sort of special if you could identify when a Velvet Revolver song was playing. I'd like to see more people partake.
