I find it absolutely fascinating how the only time something goes wrong with a transaction on ebay is one of the few times I don't invest in insurance.
Out of the three hundred plus transactions where I've bought stuff over the last seven years, I've bought insurance the majority of the time and have never once had a problem with any of those not being received. In the same time, this makes five transactions where I didn't buy insurance and haven't received the stuff. Coincidence? I really hope so, but the bitter cynic in me thinks not.
