The help desk sucks

If it was not bad enough that I have gone without a computer since Friday and the help desk called me once to say my computer was done when it really wasn't, they are now trying to charge me $70. I turned my computer in to have the charger port thing fixed and I now have a new keyboard that costs $70 that I did not need. My keyboard worked fine when I turned it in, but they randomly decided to put a new on it a and now want to charge me for it. Maybe it is just me, but something sounds really wrong with this picture. I am not going to pay for parts that did not need repaired!!
