Musings on diet and body stuff

Do not read this is you are of the kind of sensitive masculine disposition that faints at the mere use of the 'P' word.
Not going into graphic detail or anything, just musings about diet relating to girl things.

So, my diet these days is mostly vegetarian, low in white carbs, low in processed food, high in wholegrains, pulses and vegetables, low in sugar and fat and quite high in protein. I also do a fair bit more exercise.
Oddly, since starting this, my period has become a *lot* more bearable. It may also be because I cut out almost all sugar, caffeine (including chocolate) and fat to a more extreme level just before and during my period.
I have no idea what exactly is doing it, but whatever it is, it seems to be working....
