Back in Sunnydale. Home. No apocalypse to come home to this time. God totally need to knock on wood on that one. Anyways. India and I took this week to survey the damage to the new office. The window had been replaced already and the lettering guys painted the name on the windows. I offered India a fultime position as the office manager. She can totally use her art knowledge, I also offered to pay for some classes at the college if she wanted to go. She said she would think about it.
Penn put in his two weeks at the Bronze. He is really gonna come work with me. I am delightfully surprised. Some guys would feel weird working with their girlfriends. And the money thing. But he is genuinely excited and I wouldn't have asked him if I didn't think he would do an awesome job. Plus like with his unique transportation skills, we can totally cut down on the bribing customs fund. Plus you know he's quick on his feet. I think he makes an awesome addition to the company. Theres still things I'll keep him and India from. I'll have to talk to Lilah and Evan about just contacting me about jobs from W&H. No way I'm gonna put my boyfriend and sister in contact with the big dogs. I knew what I was getting into contacting myself out to those guys. Not a posistion I'd put people I care about in.
I put the word out that I officially relocated to the west coast. Got a few bites, so far they are in prelim. Computer guy is doing some research. I tried talking him into moving out west to be closer to the new office. he said he would think about it. Look at me trying to rearrange everyones life. I have to go out to LA next week to meet with a client or two. I'm kinda bummed in a way, but in another it'll be cool to take the bike out and drive down.
