The divorce papers are barely filed and she's come out with a book and is making the talk show rounds. On the one hand, good for her for making something of a crap situation, perhaps even a little profit, and for sharing her story of coming out of a bad marriage on the other side, possibly influencing others to do the same.
On the other hand, I find her book and public rounds to be distasteful. Wuh?

Poll Strong woman or poor taste?It irritates me that she's framing her husband's behavior as "poor decision-making" and using other diplomatic phrasing. Just once I wish a woman would say "It turns out my husband was an adulterous slag with no moral character, and that's all I have to say about that."
*For all non-US dwellers, she's the former wife of Mark Sanford, former governor of South Carolina. He lied to her and the public about several international trips to see his Argentinian mistress. In other words, he's an adulterous slag with no moral character.
