it is almost the end of the quarter and i'm sitting here thinking of what i need to accomplish....it is making my head want to explode.
not much has changed today, but i'm working on my hist. art II design problem. i've decided to go out of my comfort bubble and do an aubrey beardsley illustration. it has sparked something that i used to do and want to restart doing. i remember that when i improved the most as an artist was when i was doing "artist studies" that is to say, i would take a certain artist/style/modern or traditional and try to mimic it. it was something that one of my teachers, norma klingler, suggested to me. it really gets you outside your comfort bubble, and i think that i want to do it again.
maybe i'll post the studies here....haven't quite decided....
the hardest i ever did was to mimic family guy...>__>....but you can surpize yourself.
