On March 7th, 2011 I purchased a DVD boxset from the user goldenheart22. You can view the conversation we had through the comments on her journal that can be found here. But I'm just going to paste the important parts here. If she deletes the journal/comments or tries to argue with me about it, I can provide the screencaps.

Receiving no response on that, I noticed that she posted another journal about the items that same day. Worried, I contacted her through YouTube since she left a link with a video of all the things that she was selling. Here is the conversation. (I've left out parts of the messages because she was ranting about being bullied online and I was trying to help her with it. Although I'm not really sure if I believe her at this point.)

"I'm sorry. For the "online" thing my computer can save my log ins and keep me logged in even if I shut off the internet and/or the computer. I always look like I'm logged in because I've never bothered to log out of my accounts so it just keeps me logged in no matter what. That way I can just skip the log in stuff and such.
Sorry about the information. I'm contacting the post office about that stuff since I've dug through the entire mess of my house and haven't found the tracking number. They've helped me find old tracking numbers before and I know they will again. No, not trying to rip you off. That's the last thing I want to do to someone. Also something weird happened about the bank transfer of your money. The emails said that your payment cleared except that my BANK didn't see any deposits by anyone. I called them to double check that your payment went into my account. They said "no we don't see an recent deposit except on your payday. I hate my bank. They said the last time there was a deposit was two weeks ago when I deposted my paycheck but no online transfers since then. I need to check with my bank and see what's going on with them. There seems to be something fishy going on here (again). I keep having issues with my bank and money transfers. I think there's something going on with my bank and such. Sorry about this. I just learned about it ealier. It's an inconvenience with me and you. As soon as I can figure out if the post office can find the tracking number I'll give it to you and as soon as I can sort out. Sorry again."

"On my records it says that it went through to your paypal. It was also taken out of my bank account, and if you want I can provide screencaps to show? As for your bank I have no idea if those would help with that. I know that transferring money from paypal to my bank account can take 3-5 business days, and that's if your paypal is connected to your bank account. As far as I know, it doesn't automatically transfer to your account. You have to go in and tell it to. I hope that this helps and you can get it all sorted out. I also don't want to sell my VHS if the DVDs can't get to me and I already have 2 people interested in two of them XD; Hopefully they'll get to me tomorrow..
And the online thing? XD; Your YouTube makes alerts for everyone when you fave/upload/like anything. That's how I'm able to tell ^^;;"

"The DVDs didn't com today either, and if they were sent off on Tuesday like you said they were they should have come last week. I really need you to provide me with a tracking number by tomorrow at the latest. I can't afford $30 to just go out the window like that. Please respond as soon as possible."

"Since you've taken a week to get a hold of the post office, I've taken the liberty of calling them myself. They are investigating the package right now. If you have any information regarding it, I request that you send it to me asap to avoid any other miscommunications. You had told me that you sent it on Tuesday of last week, and that it should arrive within 2-3 days. Hopefully there won't be any issues and the package will arrive today. Please get back to me ASAP."

I've sent two messages before you went online again, and I can see that you "liked" and "faved" a video only 45 minutes ago. I don't see why you can't respond to any of my questions while you're online and its extremely aggravating. Which will in turn give you a negative mark on your overall feedback."

"I'm not avoiding you. I have somethings going right now that are taking priority over selling merchandise and shipping. I have been contacted by my bank saying that whoever bought something from me and have deposted money into my account, they have been refunded 100%. It doesn't matter what you bought except that they took the money from my account and gave it back to you. I would like it that you don't threaten me again. It's just one more person on YT that doesn't like me which is ok by me. Recent events have made me realize that I reconsider my friends and contacts on YT and other sites. You're not the only person threatening me with something new. It's not even scary anymore, seeing as every other person landing my page has left a threat. If you'd like to get them I'd be glad to send them just don't threaten me with something yayaya. I'm not exactly the forgiving another person threatening me on YT type of person considering recent threats, insults, trolling, blackmailing, stealing, and internet cyber bullying kids of events.
Nor am I in a good mood at 1 am. If you'd like the dvds I'd be glad to send them, just as soon as I find a box in my mess of an apartment. I did, however, warn that it takes time for me to ship things out."

I'm sure the other person is upset that their package hasn't arrived as well, because you did say in your comments to us in your journal that you were sending them off a week before this past Monday. This is what happens when you don't keep proper contact with your customers. It might be a good idea to get in touch with them and tell them the truth about everything going on since a Mod is involved now.

I have't sent anything to anyone I owed thus far, yea someone caught me red handed on that. Whatever! Thus the bank took all the money I was to refund people right out of my bank account with or without my permission. They can do that. Not too deepened by that fact. It just means I don't have to bother shipping jack shit to anyone! (Excuse the laguage...it's late right now.) If, by saturday or monday, you don't get your full refund then don't come running to me. It's not longer my business! xD
Lastly if you're next in line for the Uranus doll, the CCS wand, AND / OR the SM movies PLEASE see me IMMEDIATELY! You're next to own that stuff! I have been more than patient with you. It has been two weeks and you lied about "losing the tracking number" and even sending it off at all. You NEVER warned me about the shipping taking a while. I've screen-capped our comments in YOUR journal. Go take a look at them yourself. I have all the proof I need to take legal action against you.
If you don't respond immediately, I'm going to let the mods know on there to just ban you, and report you on youtube as well as continue with my claim on paypal. There was nothing wrong on my end. You yourself even said that you received my payment immediately."

"The claim you filed is considered closed by PayPal. That's the message I got on this end. I decided, by my own will, that you're just too hard to deal with as a customer and I refunded you so you have no more grounds for threats of any sort and no more reasons to complain about anything. Since I got a message saying that I've refunded you that will be that. I haven't ignored any of your messages, no matter how many times you keep saying so. I'm going to consider actually ignoring your messages from now on until you have something worth reading. Throwing a fit at me when I didn't get the item to you within 24 hours which in reality isn't possible, and then throwing a threat at me by getting authorities involved and then saying you're going to take legal action right after throwing a fit and get me banned from a group I admire only because I didn't follow suit to every whime you demanded, that's far from my pay as a seller, I'm patient with my customers and their thought but when you moved from patience to threats I stopped my willingness. I'm no one's personal bitch fit fixer. I intend to sell to buyers who are more considerate than someone who doesn't appreciate the time and effort I put in on my end even if I am a procrasonator. I put my life on hold to sell to fans who would take care of my items after they leave my care. I put time and effort into my part only to get bad mouthed and threatened to. That, to me, is a waste of time. I don't consider you a bad SM fan or a bad person for that matter, but I do consider you a bad customer and will inform future sellers to watch it with you if you intend on following that (another) threat. Please don't throw anymore threats at anyone else, myself including, since you don't have anymore reasons to do so; seeing as you've been refunded already today. I suggest you get the wanted dvds from someone who is willing to put up with your legal threats and other jargans while I go back to trying to earn money on my end. I put time and effort into selling things and I don't intend to waste my time putting up with uselessness.
I never said you were stupid or belittled you in anyways so don't put words in my mouth like the average troll does. I made a sale with someone else yes, but the Sailor Moon doll was what they were after. It had nothing to do with dvds. That person also wanted to see if the other wands were available. As far as the dvds went, no one else was interested seeing as right on the video they are marked as sold until I refunded you today.
P.S. The only person I redeem myself to is God and Jesus. Please don't put yourself on that road. As a christian and a previous full flegde sinner and non-believer I've been on both sides of the fence in that case so when I say I know what life is like with and without God I literally know. I don't suggest you ask people, or force anyone, to get redemption from you or anything of the like. Just a fair warning in that light. I take that kind of talk very seriosly."
She has yet to respond since then, and has actually made another "sale" with another user on YouTube. She has nothing but a liar. I did receive my refund finally, but she is still not a trustworthy salesperson. Worst customer service that I've EVER encountered.

"The claim you filed is considered closed by PayPal. That's the message I got on this end. I decided, by my own will, that you're just too hard to deal with as a customer and I refunded you so you have no more grounds for threats of any sort and no more reasons to complain about anything. Since I got a message saying that I've refunded you that will be that. I haven't ignored any of your messages, no matter how many times you keep saying so. I'm going to consider actually ignoring your messages from now on until you have something worth reading. Throwing a fit at me when I didn't get the item to you within 24 hours which in reality isn't possible, and then throwing a threat at me by getting authorities involved and then saying you're going to take legal action right after throwing a fit and get me banned from a group I admire only because I didn't follow suit to every whime you demanded, that's far from my pay as a seller, I'm patient with my customers and their thought but when you moved from patience to threats I stopped my willingness. I'm no one's personal bitch fit fixer. I intend to sell to buyers who are more considerate than someone who doesn't appreciate the time and effort I put in on my end even if I am a procrasonator. I put my life on hold to sell to fans who would take care of my items after they leave my care. I put time and effort into my part only to get bad mouthed and threatened to. That, to me, is a waste of time. I don't consider you a bad SM fan or a bad person for that matter, but I do consider you a bad customer and will inform future sellers to watch it with you if you intend on following that (another) threat. Please don't throw anymore threats at anyone else, myself including, since you don't have anymore reasons to do so; seeing as you've been refunded already today. I suggest you get the wanted dvds from someone who is willing to put up with your legal threats and other jargans while I go back to trying to earn money on my end. I put time and effort into selling things and I don't intend to waste my time putting up with uselessness.
I never said you were stupid or belittled you in anyways so don't put words in my mouth like the average troll does. I made a sale with someone else yes, but the Sailor Moon doll was what they were after. It had nothing to do with dvds. That person also wanted to see if the other wands were available. As far as the dvds went, no one else was interested seeing as right on the video they are marked as sold until I refunded you today.
P.S. The only person I redeem myself to is God and Jesus. Please don't put yourself on that road. As a christian and a previous full flegde sinner and non-believer I've been on both sides of the fence in that case so when I say I know what life is like with and without God I literally know. I don't suggest you ask people, or force anyone, to get redemption from you or anything of the like. Just a fair warning in that light. I take that kind of talk very seriosly."
She has yet to respond since then, and has actually made another "sale" with another user on YouTube. She has nothing but a liar. I did receive my refund finally, but she is still not a trustworthy salesperson. Worst customer service that I've EVER encountered.
