In principle, yes. But I don't have enough faith in the justice system to get it right.

Yep. I've had enough of wasting our money on this war on drugs and outlawing something that does not harm the rights of other people. That said, I want the law to also protect employers who decide they don't want a pot-head to work for them.

That's between you and God. The law should have nothing to do with it.

Absolutely.
Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
No. I believe marriage should be removed from the control of the law, all together. I didn't ask the Amighty State for permission to get baptized; why should I ask it for permission to get married?
Do you think it’s wrong that so many illegal Hispanics are moving to the USA?
Hell yes. We may be a country of immigrants, but we're also a country with our own identity. It's hell to try to assimilate that many at a time. Why don't we, instead, work to make Mexico a place they don't want to flee? Oh, and we sure as hell CAN deport them all.
A 12 year old girl has a baby... should she keep it?
Tough question. A twelve-year old really isn't prepared to make those types of decisions. Hell, American society has juvinalized kids so much that I'm not sure a twenty-one-year-old is capable of making those decisions.

Eighteen is legally the age of majority, is it not?
Should the war in Iraq be called off?
Hell no. First, we're almost done. Second, if we leave before we ARE done, then the islamic extremists are going to move in and kill everyone who worked for us. Great way for us to thank them. Great way to encourage others to work with us. Finally, the U.S. will be less secure because we've shown that we can't finish the job.
