Do you believe in God?

I was asked whether I believe in God, and I came up with this reply.
(Which I quite liked. I didn't know I had it inside of me. lol)

God = Nature.
God is just a personified concept of Nature. We can't comprehend nature. It's a force that no humanoid can understand. What does it do? Why does it do that? There must be a motive for it's actions. Therefore it must have a thought process/plan. Therefore, it relates to humans on a one-on-one basis. blah-blah-blah.

Things just happen certain ways. Evolution is a part of Earth. There could be different concepts in different galaxies, or even solar systems. We are no more special to this unknown force than, say, the Proxima Centauri (The next closest star to Earth, after the Sun) or that chair you are sitting on. This force has no direct relationship, it has no humanoid way of 'thinking'. It does what it does, and you will never understand how/why/what. Some things, believe it or not, are beyond human mental capacity. We aren't the be-all, end-all of intelligence.

It's enlightening when you come to view life as I do. You realize that there is no right, no wrong (these human concepts). What you do, really doesn't matter in the grand scale of it all. This view makes you a very peaceful and understanding person. It can also make you very lonely in your thoughts.. People just aren't ready to embrace the truth, which is understandable.

Now that explains the physical part of God, and the world around you. Onto the humanistic, man-God relations. God is a very powerful human concept. Kudos to the inventor! Nice way to explain the world to the average. It also brings hope to the masses while simultaneously acting as a control device. It'll amaze you what you can change with your brain. If you keep a positive attitude, and have faith in yourself, good things will come your way. Why? Not because God has blessed you. No. Because you have subconsciously made things better for yourself. There's more to life than black and white - You dont know the other forces inside you that determine an outcome. Similarly, if you keep a negative attitude, things are going to go wrong. It's the way you're making them. Keep a good attitude, and watch the small things go your way. They will add up, and your good luck will increase exponentially. God is a perfect way to bring out those hidden forces inside your brain. Most humans cannot consciously do the things they claim God gave to them and this is where 'God' comes in. God is a way of communicating with your subconcious in a way. If you believe you can do something, you can, and if God is how it works - so be it. I'm glad that it's the way you get things done. I, personally, can do things without needing a Client - which is basically what god is. We are connecting to the same network, but what differs is the Client you are using. God is one. I cannot conjure up an alternative Client, so it's best if God stays..

When I do find an alternative, I'll change the world. (Not likely)

Bah. It'd be cool if I could to talk others who understand this the way I do. My best friend Neil is the only one.. and my mother to an extent (Who's belief in God has been hindered thanks to her son *yours truly*).

To answer the question: No, I do not believe in God. I believe in Nature and I believe in Myself.
