1913 Corset made from the E. F. Hume Corset patent and constructed using brocade coutil. It is lined in standard coutil, and has spiral boning throughout for support. Back has lacing bones (A F=first for me). Fancy elastic garters with sliders and lace, with matching lace decoration at the bust. The waist measures 25", and was made to fit me with a modest 2-2.5" reduction.
Corset was made for a Foundations Revealed article, they posted on FB asking if anyone wanted to make it and I had been looking for a reason to jump on the titanic bandwagon after seeing so many people's centennial outfits. If you are a FR member I hope you will enjoy reading about it when it comes out in March.
