The costume ended up being made from two layers of cotton double knit. This was so it was snug and opaque.
My client made the Multi-Pass herself. I love that she found matching sandals! She said she had wanted to dread and fade the wig but ran out of time. I'm really itching to make myself one now, but seeing as I still havn't finished my Halloween costume...ya I don't think thats gonna happen anytime soon :)
