Another migraine, what the hell?

That's the second in 4 days. What. The. Hell? Normally I go months between these things. Maybe it's a summer thing? *sigh*

Meaning: I had a bunch of migraines last fall, which was very weird. Normally, I have about 2 per year, spaced out so far that I've never been able to figure out what triggers them.

It's been over 6 months since my last migraine, and I'm just recovering from one that lasted all morning plus some.

Heh. Of course. I was supposed to go to a meeting at my church last night--and in the car, I noticed some sparkly visual aura in my left eye. Crap, here comes a migraine.
