Fandom: springing up
I haven't been in fandom much lately. Part of that has to do with starting to develop more of my RL community; part of it has had to do with the fire in our building in February; part of it has to do with the fact that my original writing is taking off (although I still get all kinds of fanfic ideas--I expect that impulse will never die).
And yet, clearly, some part of me misses fandom a lot. I'm about a season and a half behind on White Collar, but a couple of days ago, I had an intense dream in which Elizabeth was escaping from something in a helicopter with a friend of hers (a woman). The helicopter was shot down! Cut to: SWAT team and FBI, and Peter being shown to a crime scene on top of a tall building. Was the body they were about to see Elizabeth, or her friend?
