Well, you know my squee. Pretty much loved it beginning to end. I'm just so deliriously happy that we didn't have to contend with any of the angel/demon stuff. Nary an one in sight! \o/

And dang but Jensen was beautifully lighted. Do they not know that that makes it hard to concentrate on the dialogue?

I had a little difficulty even having a reaction at all between the fact that it was setting up the new season, so had kind of a weird pace, and the fact that I watched it with a small person wiggling on my lap and trying to dump the contents of his sippy cup on me. I kept going "Wait, what? Was that important? Back it up a second." So maybe the pacing issues weren't even really there, except for me. *headdesk*

But yeah, I really liked the Dean/Lisa relationship. And Mitch Pilleggi can always come play in my sandbox, even when he is clearly up to something of which I am unlikely to approve. And Corin Nemec! Hi! I totally can't take you seriously as a badass hunter because to me you will always be the cheerful, inquisitive alien guy with a cute dimple who loves bananas and the Weather Channel!
