Title: Follow Up... (Chap.1/?)
Pairings: Changmin/OC (livia)
Rating: General (maybe a slight angst later)
Genre: Fluff/angst (for now at least!)
Summary: Things seemed to run smoothly for the new couple until a new threat emerges, and Changmin's job is at stake...

Sunlight slightly bathes the room, dangling its rays on the two people cuddled in bed.
Changmin is holding Livia, chest tightly pressed to her back and face silently resting in the crook of her neck. Her eyes still shut, she feels his breathing turning a little irregular.
She moves, slightly turning in his hold, claiming for his lips in a sweet kiss. He gives them right away and allows her to play with his lower lip.
The green-eyed girl continues to tease Changmin a bit, moving from his lips to his jaw line, leaving a trail of kisses along the way.
The model looking boy lets her take control.
He's still having a hard time believing how serious things got between the two of them. She stole his heart and doesn't seem to want to give it back.

Livia turns a bit more and reaches out to caress Changmin's cheek.
She gently brushes a finger on his closed eyes, down to his nose and over his lips.
No matter how many times she woke up in his arms like this, it always feels too much like a dream, for her to feel secure enough.
 Changmin giggles a bit. Livia smiles and presses her lips on his once more.

"Good morning sleepy head" he whispers

"Who are you calling a sleepy head" she pouts, but soon a huge grin spreads on her face as the tall man starts tickling her a bit.

"Chang---Changmin Stooop..."

The brunette giggled and soon found herself trapped between two muscular arms, firmly holding her, while light kisses were placed on her right shoulder, neck and face.

"(sigh)---it's time already?" Changmin asked half moaning.

"Uhuh"

Livia let her hands roamed all over her ex-bodyguards' body, feeling the warmth radiating from it.

"Sweetheart, I'm never gonna make it in time if you continue"

Changmin started to push himself up slowly, but Livia gently pulled on his neck, burrying her head in his chest at the same time. However, the bodyguard released her hand, making her drop back onto the bed.
She pouted again, and Changmin took that opportunity to start tickling her next to her ribcage. The only spot he knew that would make her scream. She tried very hard to stay "angry", but as soon as the model looking guy laid one finger on the very sensitive spot, she jumped.
A serious tickling battle started soon after, with Changmin almost falling off the bed, and Livia managing to trap him under her. Pinning his arms down on either side.
Trying hard to catch their breaths, they both stared at each other and chuckled.

"You cheated!"

"Why? XD"

"Because you know damn well I can't resist when you do this!"
The brunette grew inches closer to his face, letting go of his arms slowly.

"Huhuh... So?"
Changmin was now grinning widly, bringing her closer, circling his arms around her waist.
Livia sticked out her tongue in defiance and settled herself peacefully in his hold, yawning a bit.

"I'll get you (yawn) next time (yawn)..."

Changmin smiled and placed a quick kiss on top of her head.

"yeah, next time..."

They stayed like this for a while until the bodyguard's cellphone rang. Changmin was late, again!
Since Livia had moved in with him, the tall man never managed to make it on time at his boss's appointments anymore, which was starting to be an issue.

~~~ A couple hours later ~~~
"Shim in my office!"
The daily meeting had just ended, and every agent had been assigned to various high profile celebrities or politicians. Everyone, except Changmin, again.
"Shit man! he's not in a good mood today, better prepare yourself for some serious ass kissing if you don't wanna get fired!"
Donghae, Changmin's new colleague chuckled before pating the said man shoulder.
The brown haired boy smiled, knowing too well his work was on the line. 3 months had passed, and still no new case. Even if he didn't mind the extra time spent with Livia because of it, he did miss the excitement, and the adrenaline rush of being on the field.
"SHIM!"
"right here boss" Changmin quickly entered his boss's office, silently closing the door behind him.
The fifty year old man didn't even spare one look towards his employee, scanning through various files and letters scattered on his desk.
5 minutes of total silence passed, when the tall man finally decided to move closer to his boss's desk.
"Who said you could sit down?"
Changmin quickly removed his hand from the chair he was about to move, and froze.
"Boss I know-"
"Who asked you to talk?"
Creasing his eyes, the brown haired boy glared at his boss.
"I-"
"Shut up and sit down!"
The older guy finally lifted his head from his documents, and waved for Changmin to proceed as told.
He quickly obeyed, tension slowly rising in his fit body.
"...So, as you may have noticed, I've kinda pulled you off the main cases those past few months"
"Yes I-"
"Shut up and let me continue.....the reason to that is : you're unreliable Shim!"
Changmin turned his hands into fists on his knees and swallowed the lump in his throat.
"Yes, you're unreliable and I can't tolerate this kind of behavior..."
His Boss leaned back in his chair, arms crossed over his chest. He took one strong look at Changmin and let out a heavy sigh.
"But.....You're still my best agent. Which leads me to my next question: Are you still on board or not?"
Blinking twice and not knowing if he heard right, the tall man stood quiet. His boss raised one eyebrow.
Changmin quickly pulled out of his thoughts.
"Y-Yes of course I am boss!"
The older man smirked.
"Right--then I'm gonna need some change Shim!"
"I'll be-"
The dark haired guy raised his left hand abruptly in front of Changmin's face.
"The first one being that you shut up until I say you can speak again!"
He then paused, but seeing Changmin wasn't going to retaliate went on.
"Right,...so as I was saying, I'm gonna need some change, and I'm gonna need it now, 'cause there's a new case I'd like to take care of, and I want you on it!"
The brown haired guy just nodded, unable to do anything else.
"I guess it won't be entirely new for you since this family's been threatened half a year ago. Moreover....wait let me see (the boss ruffled a few papers on his desk )...yes, that's what I thought...you were in charge of the client's daughter protection."
Changmin stiffened. His focus back into place, he quickly scanned the file that was handed out to him. No doubt, Livia was the one his boss was talking about.
Apparently, threats had been issued against her and her father two months ago. Something Changmin had no idea about, and that triggered him even more than the fact that he had been left behind.
"I recall that you shot the culprit but never actually catch the head of operation?"
"He's been MIA for 6 months, then an insider gave us a hint that led to another dead end"
"yes the man seemed to have disappear from the face of the earth......"
The older boss paused for a bit, furrowing his eyebrows and straightening up a bit in his chair.
"Which is why these(reaching for the file again)worries me more. Why bother disappearing if you're gonna come back for your price more than half a year after. I know revenge's better served cold but Mr Parker hasn't gone billionaire overnight......the whole thing's fishy Shim and I need your help to clear it up, understood?"
The handsome bodyguard look straight into his boss's eyes and nodded, a jumble of questions playing in his head.
"I'll be right on it sir. Could I declare maximum security for the two targets?"
"Yeah.....I'll let you handle it. You're running it from now on. Don't screw this or your ass is out the door!"
"I won't Boss!"
The dark haired guy picked his phone and started typing on his laptop again, while Changmin exited the room quietly.
Worry could easily be seen on his face, but he tried to remain as calm as possible. First he needed to pick Livia up, and make sure she would follow instructions. Then he would take care of his dad and probably mother and brother as well, all of them returning in a safe house for the time being.
Picking guys for his team wouldn't be an issue considering he had work with half of them for more than 5 years, knowing each ones assets.
The brown haired guy was so engulfed in his thoughts that he didn't see one of his colleague coming straight at him, and bumped into him pretty hard.
The files they were both carrying flew on the floor.
"Aish Man! Need glasses or what? Can't even see a guy coming your way"
Wu Yan, a sharp faced agent glared at Changmin.
"Sorry" Changmin quickly gathered his papers that were scattered on the floor and proceed to help Wu Yan collecting his.
"Aish that's fine! (snatching the papers from Changmin's hand) don't need your help!"
Wu Yan quickly got up and strode towards the boss's office.
